ABOUT ME
I am a lawyer of the Milan Bar Association, with 14 years of experience in issues and contracts related to music entertainment and printed and online publishing. An experience which I gained, respectively, thanks to consulting services given to small labels and promoters and to publishers and magazines.
I also have a deep knowledge of the work dynamics of both areas, based on more than over 20 years experience both as a freelance press office for musical and publishing events, as well as a regular contributor of printed and online magazines and, more occasionally, few radios and TVs.
I provide seminars, both in person and online, by teaching authors and publishers the legal rules and implications about Copyright Law and, especially, Publishing Law.
In the 90’s I was a co-founder of the Press Agency & PR Mediavideo, which was the official voice of SNAV (Independent Video Hiring Trade Union) and of ASMI (Italian Association of Magnetic Media Manufacturers).
I have been on the Net since 1998 and I know the main blog platforms, the use of social media and their key role in promoting any activity and business.
In my professional activity I also provide services for other issues, such as IT Law, Trademarks, Transportation law, Collection od Debts.
I have a Cambridge Proficiency Certificate (CPE) in English, therefore I’m able to easily handle foreign disputes as well.
